Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days depending on the destination and supplier availability. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to customs delays or logistics disruptions beyond our control.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to both local & international destinations.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email which can be used to monitor your delivery status.
6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or high demand periods. However, we will support customers in tracking and resolving shipping issues where possible.
7. Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us for assistance. We will investigate with the courier and offer a resolution where applicable.
8. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
